Tips for summer skin care...

Summertime is right around the corner.  The smell of barbeques getting fired up; fresh cut meats sizzling on the grill.  Blended margaritas, fresh-made Mojitos by the pool.  People are out and about, the weather is warm, and everyone is happy that it is once again that time of year.  Life is good!
With all that time spent in the sun, we often forget how critically important it is to protect and care for the body’s largest organ—the skin.  A long day in the sun can wreck havoc on the uncovered and unprotected, leaving you sun-battered and blistered.
Over time, this process can really damage the skin, accelerate the aging process, and worst of all encourage cancerous cell growth.  Taking care of our skin during these summer months is paramount to the reality that we must shield ourselves from these free radicals to maintain youthful and vibrant looking skin.
Equally important however is using remedies that are natural, safe, and effective.  One of the best and most effective ways to purify and detoxify the skin is through the application of specialty clays.
Native Elements Supreme Facial Healing Clay offers a patent pending special formulated clay that does a terrific job of clearing up the pores and detoxifying the skin.  Mix the clay with a touch of water and work into a smooth paste.  Apply evenly throughout the face or body and wait to dry.  It’s truly extraordinary the way you can feel your skin begin to pulsate as the clay works it’s magic.  After 10-15 minutes rinse your skin with warm water and pat dry.  Your skin will feel clean, soft, and rejuvenated!
I love the way this product works and I typically use it once or twice a week to keep my skin looking youthful and lively.
There are many effective all-natural remedies that work wonders for your skin, so why spend $70.00 buying an expensive cream containing a cluster of chemicals. During these summers months, take extra care of your skin—for a good product regime will keep you looking youthful and vivacious for years to come.
