Hello all! Sorry to leave you undone....it's been too long since my last post, but alas here we have it!
The smell of Citrus is invigorating to the senses and it often works to elevate your mental and emotional state. For your enjoyment I've included a fantastic formula for a lemon citrus body scrub--sure to be a real treat for the senses! And for all you guys out there, this makes a great foot scrub for your lady that she is sure to love!
Lemon Meringue Sugar Scrub
2 tablespoons granulated raw sugar
1 tablespoon raw honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 whole lemon, fresh cut and squeezed (also try grapefruit for something new)
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and work into a smooth consistency. The product should be a bit thick and gel-like once mixed together.
Add this to your new at-home spa routine or use as a shower gel! Also works great as a foot scrub after a long day hiking/exercising!
